Wonder Week 2017
3rd, 4th and 5th grade students each composed an original soundtrack for the movie of the book, "Not A Box".
They used GarageBand to compose the music and imported it into iMovie to add it to the movie's soundtrack!

Wonder Week 2016
at the IAA was.....Wonderful!
I was thrilled to lead a group of 9 students from
2nd, 3rd, 4th and 5th grade in a week of composing.
We learned about ABA form, adding Intro's and Endings,
and layering tracks of drums, bass, keys, guitars and melody.
Everyone interpreted the book, Perfect Square, by composing
"same" and "different" sections of their compositions.
